Shipping within Israel

Shipping costs ₪35 per order. Shipping is free when the total price of the products purchased is ₪400 or more, after discounts and excluding shipping charges.

Delivery is within 10 business days from order and payment confirmation. This period includes processing, packing and transportation; no additional processing period is added. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Israeli holiday eves and holidays.

The delivery method and destination are those selected and displayed at checkout. Please provide complete and accurate delivery details. If a delay occurs, contact us and we will assist and provide an update. Using a delivery provider does not remove our responsibility to the customer or restrict rights arising from late delivery, loss, damage or another breach under Israeli law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Statutory cancellation rights

For an online purchase of clothing, cancellation may be notified from the date of purchase until 14 days after receipt of the product or the legally required transaction disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to applicable law.

A consumer with a disability, a consumer aged 65 or over, or a new immigrant as defined by law may have four months to cancel, calculated from the relevant latest date prescribed by law, if the transaction involved a conversation with the business, including electronic communication. These rights are not limited by our 30-day store policy.

Our additional 30-day return option

You may also notify us of a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Where this option extends beyond the statutory cancellation period, the garment must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with its original tags and packaging. This condition applies only to the additional voluntary return option; it does not override statutory cancellation or defect rights.

How to notify us

Cancellation notices can be given by telephone at 0509190007, by email to the.lost.pirate.il@gmail.com, by registered mail to the address below, or orally at the business address. Our contact details are also available on our contact page. State your name and identification number as required by law; including the order number helps us locate the purchase. A statutory cancellation is not conditional on our prior approval.

Returning an item and cancellation fees

For a change-of-mind return, send the item at your expense to 3 Simtat Tzifha, Eilat, Israel (סמטת ציפחה 3, אילת, ישראל). Please contact us to coordinate return logistics. We may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price of the cancelled transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower. This is not a mandatory fee required by law. For statutory cancellation, we will not add shipping, packing or handling deductions beyond the permitted cancellation-fee limit.

For statutory cancellation, opening packaging or using an item does not by itself automatically remove the right to cancel. The business retains any right provided by law to claim proven loss resulting from a significant deterioration in the item's condition. Sale items retain their statutory rights.

Faulty items, incorrect items and late delivery

If cancellation is due to a defect, mismatch with the order or description, failure to deliver on time, or another breach by us, no cancellation fee applies. If delivered, the item must be made available to us where it was delivered; collection is at our expense. Please notify us promptly after discovering a problem. There is no blanket 48-hour cutoff for your statutory rights. Photos may help us investigate but do not replace those rights.

Refund timing

For statutory cancellation, we will refund the amount due, cancel the relevant charge and provide confirmation within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice, as required by law. The refund is monetary, not a compulsory store credit. The customer's obligation to return the goods remains in place. For a return based only on our additional 30-day option, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item, subject to the additional-option conditions and cancellation-fee cap above. Refunds are made through the original payment method where possible.

To obtain a different size or colour, return or cancel the original purchase under this policy and place a new order. This does not limit any remedy required by law for a defect or non-conformity.

Mandatory Israeli consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision, and any more favourable benefit expressly offered by us remains available.
