By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This website and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

1. General:
- The website is operated by The Lost Pirate registered/operating in Israel.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site.

2. Products & Pricing:
- The business is registered as an Israeli VAT-exempt dealer (osek patur). Product prices are final in Israeli shekels; VAT is not charged. Shipping, where applicable, is shown separately before purchase. A receipt is issued upon payment.
- We strive to display product details and colors as accurately as possible.

3. Orders & Payments:
- If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer promptly and return any payment for the unfulfilled order. No clause permits us to restrict mandatory consumer rights.
- Payments are processed through the payment providers made available at checkout.

4. Jurisdiction:
- Any legal dispute arising from the use of this website or purchases made here shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

Shipping and returns

Shipping: ₪35, or free for a product total of ₪400 or more after discounts, excluding shipping. Delivery: within 10 business days from order and payment confirmation, including processing. We offer a 30-day return option in addition to statutory cancellation rights. See the Shipping & Returns Policy for the full terms and cancellation methods. Mandatory Israeli law prevails over conflicting terms.
